Measure F was a $394 million General Obligation bond to retrofit and renovate Marin General Hospital, which was built over 60 years ago. The bond required a two-thirds (66.67%) majority to pass. In the end, Measure F passed with 68.49% of the vote.

TOLA fellows were successful in packing the phone banks nightly, and helping to train volunteers, hospital staff and labor union members in running an efficient Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) effort.
